GameDude has a good selection of USB RAM sticks. As does UMart and The Disc Shop.

Check out the image tanks at DigitAl. It is a box that you can plug in your device media, like your digital camera's compact flash card, to store the data from the media to the tank. The typical tank has 20Gig worth of storage, has adapters including one for the car lighter, plugs into a USB port on your computer and acts as an external 20Gig drive.

ExtremeTech has an article on 3 Gigabyte compact flash cards!!!

Check Apus and Digital Warehouse for all sorts of digital imaging and storage goodies.
